The “Central” name has been around providing excellent customer service for appliances for over 60 years.

Some things have not changed in that time. We still provide service as far north as Springboro, Ohio, as far east as Sardinia, Ohio, as far west as Aurora, Indiana and as far south as Falmouth, Kentucky.

Providing excellent customer service to all our customers is still priority #1. We provide the most educated & trained technicians in the industry. We still sell extended warranty contracts for all appliances and we do not discontinue the coverage after your appliance is 5 years old as most contracts do. You can be reassured the company that sells you the contract will be the company that services your appliance.

You will be speaking with a company representative that lives in your area. That knows the difference between New Richmond and Newport. Their only job is to make sure the customer is serviced as soon as possible.

Some things have changed. Our name is now Central Repair Service. Our office is located in Eastgate, Ohio. We now service Heating & Cooling Systems, Water Heaters and Garbage Disposals as well. We offer maintenance agreements on all Heating and Cooling Equipment. Our service vehicles now include computers so we can provide the best service and updates on your appliance.

So remember…providing you, the customer, the best possible service is still our #1 priority.
